Finally some news

Sorry guys, I didn't update my blog for a long moment now, but today finally a new post ;) I hope you had a a good Christmas!

Since my last post, I did  a lot of things! First, I went to Risoul with the French team to do some air bag. It was a lot of fun, and good to try new tricks. I just have one video for the moment, others videos are coming ...
After, I went to Laax, the good weather was not really with us, we had 3 days without riding. But in Laax, when the weather is bad, you can go to the "Freestyle Academy", it's like Woodward in the USA! So we practice in trampoline, snow with foam pit! Same, more videos are coming ...

Now, I'm home for 1 week, we have a really good park in Val Thorens but the sun doesn't want to be here with us!

World cup in Saas Fee

Really good girls were present ! I landed my first run with 2 airs, front 5, back 5, 2 airs, front 7, cab 3 and an alleoup at the end, but it was a lil bit too sketchy!  I didn't do well at my second run .. so I get the 15th place.
I'm stocked because it was my first world cup this season, and I saw what I have to work now!

Now, I'm home and I really have to work for school because on november 22 & 23, I have an exam (French "BAC")...

... With the first Europe cup in Saas Fee ! Today was the qualifications and I got 5th and tomorrow are the finals so see you tomorrow ;)


We had a good weather one more time for the finals, lucky guys..!
So Europe Cup is done, with the 4th place ... Excited !

Saas Fee with the Roxy girls

Last week was the Roxy camp with all the europeans girls who ride for Roxy! The weather was not really great (snow and a lot of wind) so we didn’t ride as much as we wanted but we spent good times. Thanks again to Roxy & Lesley ;)

Last week, I spent 6 days in Hossegor with the French team. We surfed all the days, cycled and other sports ...
Big waves, good weather, sunburns ... were present almost all week long. It was nice to spend one week at the ocean before the beginning of the season :)

Back to France

Back to France... and back to school !
I spent my last two weeks at school & home. I saw all my friends and partied with them, wich was pretty cool :)


Now, I have one more week at school and after I'm going near Hossegor to do some surf with the French team !

Still in NZ, but nearly time to go home :(

I spent a good week here, there was the NZ Open, wich was not very good for me ! During the qualifications day, the weather was bad.. We could not see well and it was really windy, so it was so hard to ride the pipe ... But I think I did my best even if I'm not in the finals!

Saturday was the finals day so I watched it and there was a big level, it was amazing !

The other days, I went to Snowpark to do some rails and stuff.

The life is so good here, I met some really nice people and my english is becoming better :  I don't want to get home now !!

Summer 2010

The beginning of this summer was pretty busy ! I ride in Les 2 Alpes during more than two weeks. I was there for the Kumi Yama too. There was a lot of people, it was really nice ! The weather was good, it was sunny all days and the snow was so soft.

A fter that, I had to go to school for three weeks. It was so boring because all my friends were in holidays !
But I was so excited to go to New Zealand at the end of school !


After such a long travel (almost 3 days!), I'm now in NZ since last tuesday. Last week, the weather was good so I did some pipe. It was pretty funny & cool :)
But now it has been doing bad weather for 3 days, it rained a lot. Cardrona was closed, Snowpark too so I went to Queenstown to do some shopping ! So nice !

Who am I ?

Hi everyone !

My name is Emma Bernard, I'm sixteen years old and i'm a French snowboardeur. I started snowboarding when I was seven years old and I'm now in a snowboard school in Albertville. I don't have school on the winter so I can ride all the time !

I ride for Roxy, 69slam, Level Gloves, DTK and Team PPF.

I build this blog for you to follow me on my trips, contests ... and others stuff !
